pikotek manufactures both high and low pressure flange gaskets, seals and isolation kits for all industrial sealing applications. The complete range of gaskets and seals are manufactured to comply with both ASME/ANSI B16.5 and API 6A flanges.
VCS Gaskets, Seals and Flange Isolation Kits
pikotek VCS gaskets and seals are designed for critical service (high pressure/high integrity) applications for use with all ASME/ANSI B16.5 flanges (both raised face and RTJ) and all API 6A flanges (up to 15000 PSI service).
 
VCS gaskets are comprised of high modulus polymeric (glass-reinforced) composite materials bonded to a corrosion resistant metal core which together make up a very high compressive and tensile strength seal retainer capable of handling pressures up to 15,000 PSI (1034 BAR) and temperatures up to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
 
Secondary pressure-energized seals include spring-energized PTFE (Teflon) as well as all industrial elastomeric o-ring seals (Nitrile, Viton, EPDM or Kalrez®).

Flange isolation kits are comprised of either mylar or glass-reinforced epoxy sleeves and glass-reinforced washers with zinc plated steel washers.
 
PGE Gaskets, Seals and Flange Isolation Kits
pikotek PGE gaskets are designed for all low pressure flange sealing applications for use with ASME/ANSI B16.5 flanges class 150 and 300 where pressure-energized sealing is required.
 
PGE gaskets are comprised of high modulus polymeric (glass-reinforced) composite materials which are capable of handling pressures up to 2,000 PSI (138 BAR) and temperatures up to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
 
Secondary pressure-energized seals include spring-energized PTFE (Teflon) as well as all industrial elastomeric o-ring seals (Nitrile, Viton®, EPDM or Kalrez®).

Flowlok/Firelok Flange Gaskets and Seals
pikotek Flowlok/Firelok gaskets are high pressure/high integrity gaskets and seals for all critical service flange sealing applications. Designed to replace conventional metallic gaskets (spiral wound and ring joint gaskets) in corrosive service, high pressure applications. Designed for use in all ASME/ANSI B16.5 and API 6A flanges. Also designed to conform to ASME Section 8, Divisions 1 and 2 (allowable flange stresses) and approved by Lloyd's Register for increased pressure service.
 
Secondary pressure-energized seals include spring-energized PTFE (Teflon) as well as all industrial elastomeric o-ring seals (Nitrile, Viton®, EPDM or Kalrez®). Seals are typically offered with tandem configurations to mitigate the effects of flange rotation (deflection) and can be offered with fire-safe metal-to-metal backup seals which conform to API 6FB fire test requirements (30 minute 2,000 degrees F hydrocarbon fire test).

SSG Gaskets
Low seating stress composite reinforced gaskets for all low pressure sealing applications. Designed to replace rubber based insertion gaskets where installation and extrusion can be a problem. SSG gaskets can be faced with phenolic, buna-N (Nitrile) or Viton®.

MTS Metallic Flange Gaskets

MTS gaskets are high sealing integrity alternatives to conventional spiral wound gaskets. MTS gaskets use a patented dual function tandem sealing design which is both pressure energized, requiring low gasket seating stresses, as well as fire safe.

MTS gaskets have passed the strenuous fire testing requirements of the U.S. Navy and are approved for all marine piping systems.
